Carie, Scott, David and David's friend Mark came down for the weekend. David, Mark & Jason did Halls of the Gods while Scott, Carie and I did Mini Halls. We were all very satisfied.
On Sunday, David, Mark & I went to Squaw for their closing day. Mark skied a chute right underneath the chairlift wearing nothing but a Speedo.
Then we watched the pond-skimming contest, where contestants go all out in costumes and try to ski across a pond. Most of them don't make it. David and my favorite was the guy who skied across holding a baby. Halfway across the pond he dropped the baby in the pond. Once on the other shore, he immediately ripped off his skis and dove into the pond to save the baby, which was actually a doll, but it was still horrifyingly funny.
